Exercising the freedom to go without health insurance, who pays the emergency room bills of those without insurance, if they don’t have enough money to pay for emergency treatment?

The same people who aren't paying for health care now, but are paying more for health insurance for the 'uninsured masses'. Which means we (taxpayers) don't just pay the doctors, nurses, and hospitals, but the bookkeepers, the Government employees, the IRS to snoop it all, etc. etc. etc.

It was likely much cheaper just picking up the tab.

BTW, not all the uninsured stuck others with the bill, either. Some paid it out of pocket (been there, done that).
