So cut their funding.

Instead, brave sir Boehner will bravely run away.

I don’t think that the IRS can stop me from sending a “birthday” gift to my friend Sen. Cruz if I want to. It’s none of their business. Why do Tea Parties “have” to have tax-exempt status? Can’t they just communicate and agree on who needs their help and then send a donation to that person as one individual to another? What am I missing. If a donation is needed we don’t need to try and claim it as a tax write-off. The IRS can’t regulate where we spend our money.....yet....as long a we pay our taxes. Our Tea Party never bothered to file for 501 status because we do not want the IRS telling us what we can or can’t do. We decide and we don’t make a profit.
