Removes the troops from Iraq where the absence of US troops destabilized the entire region, and moves them to a barren wasteland of no value, where they are not allowed to engage. Meanwhile the Muslim Brotherhood had free reign, and actual White House support, to destroy any change of peace in the Middle East. Amazing.
