If the people in Ne. do not obey, and take what comes, they and we can stop this rule by Fed. judges. Problem boils down to do we have guts in the states anymore? Are we so addicted to the perks the Feds dump on the states that the states will fold? Looks like that is what will happen, who would want to lose their McHouse and their smart phone and their big screen tv? Let alone their lives. Our political and judicial classes are deciding that we should be a dumping ground for Mexico’s castoffs and dregs of society. How nice. I’m so sick of those neighbors to the south of us who can’t get their act together as a nation, freeload and mooch off of us and are dictating our country’s laws and policies regarding immigration. Well this is what is happening.....the courts, all across the United States, these judges don’t want to see their power and thus their ability to make money under around and over the table, are afraid that ODUMBI’S EXECUTIVE ORDERS, will take their powers away. Soooo.....THE REBELLION OF THE JUDGES! had begun.
As a side note concerning state power to regulate drivers' licenses, Obama had used automobile insurance, made mandatory by 10th Amendment-protected state laws, as a selling point for Obamacare.

Since driving a car is a State-specific privilege vs. a Constitutional right, I see no problem with a ban on non-citizens. If they want a license, they can travel to a State that issues them to illegals. Then come the question of whether a State can opt out of recognizing certain licenses from other States.... It would be interesting to see because they have no problem with States not recognizing CCW permits from other States ...
