GA:Woman finds two teens in her home, grabs her gun

When a DeKalb County woman returned home early Tuesday to find two teenagers in her home, she knew she needed to protect herself.
She grabbed her gun.
The woman, who asked not to be identified, told Channel 2 Action News she walked into her Tucker home as one teen ran out the back door and the other tackled her to the ground.

Oh! That explains it! They were just lookin' fer a place to chill and avoid the truant officer, like Spanky and Alfalfa, and she goes all Rambo on them!
It just goes to show that no good can come of truancy laws.

Note to those who come home at lunchtime, or middle of the day, outside the normal daily routine: my neighbor came home in the middle of the day to unexpectedly find a “teen” ransacking her home. Said “teen,” being none-too-bright, panicked, and decided to turn a nickel/dime B/E into a potential murder rap. My neighbor, in possession of a CHL and a .38 snubby, dropped the perp dead in the foyer. One shot. Word spread fast. “Truancy” ceased to be a problem in our school district.
