Earlier this week the Obama administration announced the Obamacare mandate for medium sized businesses will be delayed again until 2015. The announcement came after a long list of delays, 27 of them, that the White House has unilaterally made to the law without the consent of Congress. Now, the RNC has released a handy infographic to keep track of it all.

HE is above the law. He doesn't care about the law.

The law is whatever HE wants it to be.

The only way to escape HIM is to outlast HIM, if that is indeed possible.

We learned from the Impeachment of Clinton that unless you control the Senate, bringing impeachment is of little value.

I am sick and tired of outcome-based decision making.

You've just summed up what is the core problem with the GOP-E today, they are more concerned about outcomes than they are about fidelity to principles and fidelity to doing the right thing.

Our side, and especially conservatives, are supposed to fight for the right thing, not cower in the corner hiding from consequences.

It is of significant value in that it brings out into daylight all the illegal actions of the incumbent. If the Senate chooses not to convict him all that does is highlight those Senators who are complicit with anti-constitutional behavior. In the meantime it forces the accused to spend his time and resources to prepare the defense and that in itself would be a blessing. Downside, if not convicted sometimes they take it as a mandate to do more of the same. Others, like Clinton for example toned down their public/private behavior and were more docile. It is the responsibility of the Congress to see that the Constitutional powers are not exceeded. JMHO ,"Do it and do it now!"

And they will use this "logic" to scare up our votes. Lotsa luck, RINOs!

“To be GOVERNED is to be kept in sight, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right, nor the wisdom, nor the virtue to do so.

To be GOVERNED is to be at every operation, at every transaction, noted, registered, enrolled, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assessed, licensed, authorized, admonished, forbidden, reformed, corrected, punished.

It is, under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be placed under contribution, trained, ransomed, exploited, monopolized, extorted, squeezed, mystified, robbed; then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, despised, harassed, tracked, abused, clubbed, disarmed, choked, imprisoned, judged, condemned, shot, deported, sacrificed, sold, betrayed; and, to crown all, mocked, ridiculed, outraged, dishonored.

That is government; that is its justice; that is its morality.”

P.J. Proudhon, General Idea of the Revolution in the Nineteenth Century, trans. John Beverley Robinson. London: Freedom Press, 1923, p. 294

I was thinking that the lesson should be that we need to take back the Senate and then start Impeachment. Start with the people around Obama first. Put a couple of hides on the wall like Clinton and Holder and then start building the case to the public of the most corrupt administration ever.

You are missing my point. If you want to remove Obama or any of his cronies in office, concentrate on taking back the Senate.
