An inquiry into the Miami Dolphins’ workplace conditions found examples of harassment, racism, bullying, homophobia, and overall a culture of intolerance and meanness in one National Football League locker room — precisely the kind of image the league has been trying to put in its past.
The findings of lead investigator Ted Wells, appointed by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, confirmed the role played by Dolphins player Richie Incognito in driving teammate Jonathan Martin away from the team last season. The report also implicated two other starting offensive linemen — John Jerry and Mike Pouncey — in what it described as a “pattern of harassment” directed at Martin as well as another young Dolphins offensive lineman and a member of the team’s training staff.

Anyone who has ever played football knows that you save your “culture of intolerance and meanness” for the gridiron. With homos now infiltrating the NFL, the locker room has to be a place of hugs, pink cleats and warm fuzzies.
It’s an insult to dolphins. Guess there will be a name change.

I work at a very large company. there is the black engineers club, the Asian American engineers club, latino club and gay and lesbian club.

NFL will require a certain percentage of Cheerleaders to be of the Transgender variety.
I think the Dolphins should prove they are inclusive by drafting a gay defensive lineman in the first round.
