Where’s the prosecution numbers for actual “positive” denials? I suppose they are so low they don’t show up on anyones’s charts huh? I seem to recall that falsifying statements on the 4473 was a federal crime. Guess not.

In 2010, 76,142 denials were issued. 62 cases were referred for prosecution. 13 resulted in a guilty verdict or plea. There was no mention of what actual penalties were rendered.

Wheres the prosecution numbers for actual positive denials? An excellent question, and I believe the NRA has those numbers. As you correctly guessed, it is near zero.
