House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi offered marriage advice to single women this past Valentine’s Day: “Why would you get married? Why would anybody?”
NowThis News published the video where Pelosi did the “do as I say, not as I do” liberal thing considering she’s been married for 50-years.
Making it abundantly clear to which demographic she was speaking to – single women who overwhelmingly voted for President Obama in 2012, Pelosi frowned and shrugged about the whole marriage thing:
“But I would say, you know, if you’re getting married…why are you getting married? Why would you get married? Why would anybody get married? In that the person that they love so much that was irresistible that they had to get married?”
Um, yeah?
Well, she continued, “I’m not a big one for rushing people into marriage – as wonderful and happy as mine was.”

It helps to know that all of these politicians and activists will one day have to answer to a higher authority for poisoning people against one another - gender against gender, generation against generation, race against race - for their own political or financial gain.
Marriage foments conservatism.
This is why liberals want to kill it.
Unless they’re gay, in which case marriage is essential.
Pelosi speaks in a garbled dialect, so taken in whole I interpret her to say she isn’t for rushing into marriage (not against it per se).
Would she say the same thing to a couple of queers?
Smash the patriarchy and smash monogamy have been liberal mantras since at least the 1960s.
To quote Trey Gowdy, Nancy Pelosi is “mind-numbingly stupid.”
But that's a business partnership for raking in millions at the taxpayer's expense.
Nancy Pelosi may be incoherent trash; however, she is also completely immoral. We don't hear of Conservatives act with such sleazy political expediency. The Conservatives could have come out for abortion because a lot of abortion is done on blacks and they don't vote Republican or Conservative very much. However, the Conservatives go for the sanctity of life instead, even if it may cost them congressional seats.
They are not sleazy hypocrites as Pelossi and her other Democrats are.

She is as dumb as a stump (no disrespect meant to the stump). The difference is that the stump has enough sense to keep quiet...
Her parents shouldn`t have gotten married coz she is a bastard anyway.
She loves abortion so much her parents should have aborted her.
Such an evil, vapid Marxist! They are sickening, trying to destroy harmony and unity and downplay the beauty of the love of the Natural Family which is what gives joy to the human soul and makes a productive, autonomous life possible—the parents nurturing their own offspring which develops emotionally healthy, freedom-loving human beings.
She wants emotionally dysfunction, dependent, ignorant slaves for the State. The easiest way is to destroy the family unit which has biological connections to both parents who are devoted to their genetic offspring—connects to the past and concern for the future of society. Without emotional biological support, children become pawns of the state.

I think too many are reading in too much what Pelosi is saying.
It is odd how hard they are fighting to redefine something they don't even approve of and allow more people to make that "mistake".

Can you imagine sitting next to her for more than 2 seconds while she talked, after that amount you would be looking for some way to kill yourself so that you could stop the pain in your head.
Leftists do not grasp that marriage provides biological advantages to people, that animals do not have.
Because of the corruptions of marriage, like the dowry, and the selling of young girls to old men for wives, leftists *assumed* that marriage was just a “social contrivance”, that makes people miserable.
But this belief is such an article of faith with leftists that they go to nonsensical lengths to “prove” it to themselves.
For years they hunted up primitive peoples, “living in the state of nature”, who had no exposure to the “corruption” of marriage. But these people were invariably strictly monogamous, socially enforced as well.
The foolish anthropologist Margaret Mead published her “Coming of age in Samoa” book, that Samoans were sexually liberated and uninhibited, and so *that* *must* be the “natural state of mankind”. She didn’t realize that Samoans are actually quite prudish, but have a very developed sense of humor, and about hurt themselves laughing so hard at the naive American anthropologist.
But the outgrowth of this leftist religious doctrine has been cancerous to society. They continually deride and attack marriage. Today they want to prove that marriage is worthless by opening it up to homosexuals and anybody else who wants to pretend to be married.
They will always refuse to accept that marriage has a real purpose. Lord knows how awful Nancy Pelosi’s marriage must be.
She said “as mine WAS”.
“...as mine was.” Note the past tense usage. The proverbial Freudian slip?
