As Bloomberg News notes, Latinos have been slow to sign up for Obamacare, partly because of problems with the Spanish-language version of the Obamacare website Most latinos who are here legally speak english. So if they are slow to sign up, it isn't the language problem.
Its that they don't want it either. They may have wanted what they thought it was going to be, but they don't like the reality of it any more than anyone else does.
