the government only enforces laws if and when it wants too, it should come as no surprise then that the people obey only the laws they want to...Why should people respect laws that dont apply to friends or employees of the lawmakers? Why should they respect laws that can be changed on a whim, or passed for purely political purposes?
Respect for the law is earned, not legislated by despotic hypocrites.
