A typical fossil fueled power plant could produce more energy than this turkey on about 40 acres. This turd is five square miles. Siri just advised me that one square mile is approximately 640 acres, so we have 3,200 acres here. If homesites are quarter acre a piece, this plant covers enough land for maybe 10,000 homes when you allow for infrastructure. Sounds like a terrible deal to me.
