As much as I dislike McConnell, ridiculing someone’s looks is a poor choice.
If he would have avoided talking about his looks and focused on his behavior, it would have been great.
I don’t think this helped Stovall but probably did stir up some sympathy for mitch.

Criticizing someone on looks or anything they have no control over, is not good.
Not in a campaign.
Maybe anyone who looks like a turtle should not be a minority leader, a majority leader, a senator, and definitely not a wimpy one, like McConnell is.
Mitch does act like a turtle. He pulls into his shell where he is protected and lets the RATs do what ever they want, at our expense.
