Not totally possible but, for email, get an offshore email account and use encryption. An additional step would be to send emails through the Tor network.

This man who came into office to change our imagine around the world for the better seems to be losing it. The Countries like "reset button" Russia sees Obama playing checkers while Putin is playing Chess.
His promises of a the first post racial President is almost the same. I never seen Race Relations in this country at a all time low.
You’ve got to figure, they just HATE Obama. After finding out the US has spied on them, and Obama just pretty much blows it off...
And they probably know who Obama really is. They probably feel sorry for us.
Maybe we should all move to France. Wouldn’t have said that six years ago.
