Appearing together in Church, Mayor de Blasio dialed down the temperature Sunday in his ongoing clash with Gov. Cuomo over how to fund universal prekindergarten.
Speaking at a church service for attendees of the Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic & Asian Legislative Caucus in Albany, the mayor did not mention at all his plans to fund it with a tax on the wealthy while stressing the need for universal Pre-K.
We know the direction, de Blasio said. We all have to work together at it. And I know we will because the public is realizing, the public is realizing that if we want safer streets, if we want a stronger work force, if we want children who realize their potential and know we are investing in them, then this is the moment of history to turn the corner.

Anyone who makes more than a middle class income who lives in that city needs to have their heads examined.
I wish the finanacial industry would leave NYC! Dallas has much better airports and Texas has no personal income tax.
And lots of space.

WOW!!! Channeling Hitler! Disregarding history...or ignorant of it. Or maybe he, with full knowledge, thinks it was an idea ahead of it’s time....and he thinks now’s the time?
Anyway, all bad.
