I love Trey Gowdy. I wish he were speaker.

Gowdy was not one of the twelve who opposed Boehner for leadership at the beginning of this session of Congress like Justin Amash of Michigan, Tom Massie of Kentucky and Steve Stockman of Texas.
I see him as being a lot like my congressman, making emotional statements critical of Democrats while not trying to stop the Uniparty debt increasing-tax increasing policy of Boehner as reflected in the debt ceiling vote or the Murray-Ryan budget plan of December last year that created new taxes and cut military pensions.

Me too also.
And here I sit listening to the local “conservative” radio host tell me what a lousy Senator Ted Cruz is and how great John McCain is. Gawd all mighty! I have lived in in many places and visited many many more and I swear Phoenix has worst local radio anywhere.

Had he been head of the committee examining the IRS scandal Lois Learner would be in prison today!
