An Arkansas man shot and killed a 15-year-old girl this weekend after she and other pranksters egged a car outside his house, police said.
Willie Noble, 48, of Little Rock has been charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Adrian Broadway, according to Little Rock Police Lt. Sidney Allen. Noble and Broadway are African American.
Noble allegedly ran out of his house and opened fire just before 1 a.m. Saturday, Allen told The Times. Broadway and a half dozen other teens had dumped a mix of eggs, mayonnaise and leaves on a car outside his home in a middle class area of southwest Little Rock, Allen said.

I usually agree with that.
As to monetary damages the kid should be responsible for financial damages they caused.
The fact is this parent released a savage on the world. The end result is not pleasant for anyone involved.
Do I think she should have been killed? No.
Do I think that she carries full responsibility for the fact she is dead? Yep.
As someone said above, "play stupid games, win stupid prizes."
calm down bozo, this isn’t about you. don’t be an idiot and make everything about you or your kids. if you read the comments i made i am asking where in the law the homeowner is supported in doing some kind of defense of his stuff without going lethal. otherwise we can never defend our stuff from anyone who has any kind of intent to damage it or take it as long as they don’t threaten us. that ain’t america, either.
Keep your kids inside after dark, teach them to respect other people’s property, as I suspect you do, and you won’t have to deal with this.

I agree, and let’s not use the politically correct nonsense by using the word “prankster”, she and her buddies were vandals. Not that she should be shot but there comes a time when people have to stand up for their rights and demand stricture punishment for property crimes.

i think today the police would arrest the guy for firing that at vandals. unless there’s a specific law on the books protecting a property owner so that they can do that in these kinds of defense of property cases, he’d be arrested.
That phrase might have been true in an era where a higher percentage of the population was imbued with Christian values.
These days gangstas have zero respect for life, including their own. It appears most of the murders are armed blacks killing each other.

Why didn’t they write it this way:
Noble and Broadway are African American, so this is most likely the last you’ll hear about this matter from us or any other MSM news source. However, the fact that the victim was a female may indicate the story will continue to be news worthy.
We are investigating further and should we find out that the shooter was a registered Republican (unlikely), a member of the NRA (more likely), or a Christian (pretty gosh darn likely) we will elevate this story to part of the narrative of the “war on women”.
And should our reporting uncover the (hoped for) fact that the victim was, in fact, a lesbian - well then we will flood the zone, and woe betide Mr. Noble, because he will be a white negro by the time we are done with him.
