I think we are playing with fire with this whole “doesn’t live in Kansas” thing.
If Roberts manages to win the primary anyway... I could see the Democrats trying to take him to court over the residency issue to get him removed from the ballot, with a liberal judge saying no replacement will be allowed and the Democrat wins by default.
I don’t put ANYTHING past the democrats, especially if control of the Senate rests on this race.

Anyway this “doesn’t live in Kansas stuff” is a bunch of crap cooked up by the NY times and launched on to by a desperate opponent with little real rational for convincing anyone of voting for him.
