When Dolphins tackle Jonathan Martin left the team in November because he said he was being bullied by guard Richie Incognito, the NFL appointed big-name attorney Ted Wells to run an independent investigation into the team.
On Friday, that report was released, and it concluded that Incognito, guard John Jerry and center Mike Pouncey "engaged in a pattern of harassment directed" at Martin and another young offensive lineman who wasn't named and an assistant trainer.
Writes Wells' team: "We find that the Assistant Trainer repeatedly was targeted with racial slurs and other racially derogatory language. Player A frequently was subjected to homophobic name-calling and improper physical touching. Martin was taunted on a persistent basis with sexually explicit remarks about his sister and his mother and at times ridiculed with racial insults and other offensive comments.

Silence from the media liars.
This whole thing smells.
Martin, the wuss lineperson (he ain’t a man), has done a great deal of damage to the Dolphins.
Incognito Is a stone cold psychopath. How many schools and teams do you have to be kicked out of before that becomes apparent. He might be racist but that was never the point.
To you, Incognito is a real man?
Yawn. professional athletes are NOT people of significance.
According to all the local sports reporters, the Dolphins will not make offers to either one of them.
Martin's contract is more complex because he's the victim of the harassment charge.
Martin has two more years left, and close to $2 million due.
However, his on field performance has never been impressive, and he has shown very little improvement after 1.5 years in the NFL (no show for the last 8 games).
I think the Dolphins are probably afraid to release him because of bad PR and lawsuit risk.
But many players on the team hate Martin, and many fans hate Martin, too, so this is truly a rock and a hard place decision.
Mike Pouncey, the third guy who harassed people, is an excellent Center, so it's unlikely he'll be traded.
RE: “Incognito Is a stone cold psychopath.”
He was also one of six players on the “Leadership Council,” which is the Dolphin version of team captains.
He is also one of the best liked players on the team.
Young Mr. Martin should not stay on that team, as too much negativity has been publicized by all sides, and his presence will be a distraction. Perhaps he should not be in pro sports period, due to him being a very sensitive, insecure man. That is not a condemnation of Martin, just the truth. As a younger person, I would not have had the mindset or necessary confidence to have made it as a Marine. I have the utmost respect for them, but it takes a certain mindset and ability to accept conditions as is.
Not long after the Hernandez murder story broke, I read that the Pouncy twins might have been involved with murders back in their college days. Urban Legend might have some ‘splaining to do.
I’m sure that Martin can succeed in the NFL. He may have not lived up to being a 2nd round draft pick in a position of need. All the misunderstandings? That’s how wars get started.
Probably arrange a back room deal for him to go to Indy
Sveral Stamford players there including Andrew Luck
He doesn't want to succeed in the NFL, he wants a super big pay off.
This 300+ pound mama's baby, has a mama that is a professional "hurt feelings" lawyer and can't wait to get with Roger Goddell's brother and let him know the message that he should deliver to the commish and the whole nfl.
He'll make more that Brady and never have to play another down in the nfl.
Maybe the other players admire a man who puts a golf club between a woman’s legs at a public golf outing. What a great guy.
Pouncey, another “Winner” from the Urban Meyer era.
