To: Amendment10

A Rep or Senator cannot be impeached. Only judges and executive officers.

They can be expelled by a majority of their House, or they can be voted out.

Only two ways to get rid of them.

Reps and Senators can be charged with Treason. Many of them are guilty of that.

Oh, come now… you're leaving out assassination.
Granted it's not an official way to do it, but it is a way… and if it really isn't then I propose we remove all bodyguard duties paid for by the taxpayer.
