I keep automated systems running in a very large industrial factory. To the extent that I have any slow-time in my work schedule, the welfare to work crowd keeps me very busy.

My phone and radio is non-stop. There is a definate split in their culture however. A few of the smartest engineers and highly skilled machinists I've ever dealt with are black.

It's the LIV or the welfare crowd that makes the biggest mess. That bunch is also dismissive of any accomplished smartest guy in the building if he's black. I just don't get it?

Blacks dismissive of skilled blacks? That could apply to whites, Asians, etc. There is jealousy/resentment in those of any background. Maybe it's because they are not as smart, not as ambitious and/or just plain lazy.

I suggest we may pay more attention to the performances of blacks because we've been given reason to mistrust them.

If educated and employed black people would reach out and show others the way to enjoy a better life, they would have a better chance of being heard than coming from the mouths of non-blacks.
