Nearly all “hate crimes” are committed by members of the targeted group.
“Hate Crimes” are a fraud, used to generate political support and grant money for left-wing organizations.
Like in Florida during the 2000 prez election, race groups claimed blacks were being intimidated by the police from going to the polls. They cited police cars in the areas where the polls were to "prove" the police were trying to scare black voters.
So they checked the police reports and found all the police cars in the areas where there were blacks were responding to calls from black residents concerning violent crimes committed in those areas.
That didn't stop fraudsters like Michael Moore from running with the racist-police scam and putting it in his book about the 2000 election. Which one of my Brit in-laws read and took for the truth. I had to explain things to him.
If the perp turns out to be black, would they still prosecute as the act was clearly meant to inflame race relations?
Interesting that the actual ‘crime’ doesn’t matter, but the race of the perpetrator.
Had it been a black hanging white people statues it’d be ‘art’ and the ACLU would be there to protect their free speech rights.
