EXCLUSIVE: O’KEEFE BUSTS ILLEGAL VOTER SCHEME TO ‘TURN TEXAS BLUE’
Breitbart ^ | 19 Feb 2014 | BRANDON DARBY

SAN ANTONIO, Texas—In an apparent violation of state law, Battleground Texas officials are exploiting legally protected information to turn voters out to the polls as part of the Democratic party's quest to paint the Lone Star State blue, a new undercover video from James O'Keefe reveals. The footage shows Battleground Texas volunteer Jennifer Longoria saying the group uses the phone numbers from voter registration forms in later efforts to boost turnout on election day. Texas Election Code prohibits the use of, or even the copying of, phone numbers provided by individuals registering to vote. “Every time we register somebody to vote, we keep their name, address, phone number,” Longoria said. The video also shows volunteers calling to boost turnout for Wendy Davis's gubernatorial bid. The new revelations are likely to add to concerns about an apparent culture of data sharing among Democrat-aligned political and nonprofit organizations. For example, a previous O'Keefe expose raised questions about whether campaigns to get people to sign up for Obamacare had secondary political motives.

What a load of crap. We all know that laws don’t apply to liberals, therefor it can’t be illegal.

I called... was told to fill out the form. Maybe if they get a BUNCH of complaints they WILL do something. I specifically asked for an arrest!

It’s time to quit being just mad about this crap - it’s time to do something.

The DemocRATS never give up their dirty tricks.

Dirty tricks my posterior. Dirty tricks are what kids do at Halloween.

What those people are doing is engaging in criminal activities and should be rounded up and impaled on fence posts along major Interstates as a reminder to the others!!!

O’Keefe needs to put up cameras outside of ‘inner city’ polling places and count the number of people who went in to vote versus the number tabulated...

Unfortunately, most Conservatives have NO idea how close Texas is to voting Democrat.

The ONLY issue is legal voter turn out.

The ONLY reason Texas is Red is because white Conservatives have a very high turn out, and Texas Socialists have a very low turn out.

In 2012, Romney beat Obama by 1.26 million votes.

In 2012, if ALL legally eligible voters in Texas had voted, Romney would have won by 30,000 votes!

Now, I am NOT suggesting we will ever have a Texas election where all eligible voters vote.

What I am saying is that if Texas Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and poor whites turn out at the EXACT SAME rate that Conservatives turn out, Texas will be a 50-50 toss up state.

How did I get my 30,000 number?

I used 2012 Census Bureau data for population and ethnic percentage.

I used Pew Research for Texas voter eligibility by ethnic group - white(78%), Black(70%), Hispanic(44%).

I used “National Election Pool” exit polls to determine how each Texas ethnic group voted:

Whites - 73% Republican.
Blacks - 93% Democrat.
Hispanics - 71% Democrat.

My 30,000 vote GOP majority estimate does have some flaws, and I will gladly debate those flaws and supply links.

But one fact is irrefutable:

The problem in Texas is NOT Democrat cheating.

The problem is mass LEGAL immigration of Socialist voters from Latin America.

If we can't figure out how to stop mass LEGAL immigration, Conservatives are political toast.

I filed a complaint with TX Secretary of State on Wednesday - TODAY, I get an email that it has been forwarded to the AG office. They are taking it seriously.

I believe this happened in Florida some time back... it might be another IRS tactic... Folks in the IRS ‘accidentally’ release information about Republicans. Anyone know how many state's this has happened in? Could O’Keefe look into it?

********************************************************************** ...after a halting and unenthusiastic investigation, that a Delaware Department of Revenue employee named David Smith accessed my records that day at approximately 2 p.m. — out of curiosity, he says. That these records ended up in the hands of the press is just a coincidence, the IRS claims.
