Every honest judge will repress the information gained from such eavesdropping since it violates the Fourth Amendment. I thought this clown was a constitutional lawyer.

Our GOP Quislings aren't gonna impeach anybody.

If anything, they'll be helping Obama go after American Conservatives.

They are collecting the data already and storing it. And it is not just the “meta-data.”

It is categorized by the type of data (jpg or other pic files, text messages, phone calls, social forum/site entries, political entries, emails, credit card spending, payments, purchases, date, place, and name and any other identifying characteristics, phone number, cell number, email, etc.).

That’s the whole reasons for huge...and I mean huge...storage facilities like what has been built in Utah.

Then, whenever your name...for whatever reason...come to the attention of any agency, they can then make requests against the PRISM data base and retrieve whatever they have on you, categorized by date and place...and then use it against you. Or to establish spending, political, social, whatever predictive programming on you.

That is the truth about what is going on...and they will lie, deceive, misdirect, and seek to defend this capabuility against all Americans as long as we allow them to.

The only way we will stop it is through several large election turnovers with people being elected who are dedicated to stopping it. And unless it is massive, they will pick off the individual candidates and blackmail them, blacklist them, create lies about them...whatever they can to discredit them.

It won't happen over this. Many in the GOP are on board with the NSA. Bolton and Cheney, for example.

“I thought this clown was a constitutional lawyer.”

He does not appear to be very good at anything he tries. Why should anyone expect the constitutional lawyer thing to be any different?

The gubmint is free to listen to your phone calls and read your emails...since these were not around at the time the 4th Amendment was incorporated...

Apparently that’s how The Regime reads it:

Justice Department Expands Hunt for Data on Cellphones
http://bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/11/26/justice-department-expands-hunt-for-data-on-cellphones/

Obama’s NSA eavesdropping goes beyond that of Bush... after campaigning on the promise of: “ No warrantless wiretaps if you elect me!”

http://news.cnet.com/8301-10784_3-9845595-7.html

headlines read:” NSA Exceeds Legal Limits In Eavesdropping Program” , “ U.S. phone intercepts go beyond legal limits” , and “NSA Found Improperly Spying on Americans”.
