Very lucky to have access to that kind of event. Good for her for taking full advantage.

With the exception of one time I went skeet shooting I find the welcoming attitude to be true of all of the shooting comeptions I have gone to. Most of the people are very welcoming and helpful. I am old and slow and not in the best shape... so I always volunteer to go last so I don’t hold things up but I have always been welcomed at IDPA and 3 gun and clay shooting. I would love to do it more its just so blasted expensive - Stupid ammo shortage!

I wish that Katie would talk about this on FNC when she is on as a contributor.

I shoot Cowboy Action matches. Competitive shooting is great fun.

Here in North East Pennsylvania, there is an IDPA match almost every week, even in the winter. One scheduled for this Sunday was cancelled though.

I started IDPA last summer. Now my wife and son are getting ready to start the competition. It is fun.
