Mayor Wilhelm is such a piece of liberal garbage. I hope the 74% of moronic New Yorkers that voted for him are realzing the massive mistake they made.

Bloomberg was a nanny stater, but sane on economic policy. This current mayor wants to take it even further. Lowering speed limits. Adding revenue generating speed and red light cameras. Shutting off taxi meters if the cabs are speeding.
