I've never gotten the flu vaccine. I do not recall ever having the flu.
Same here, no flu shots for myself or my family, and no flu.
According to some medical research articles I have read, there are people who get sick with the flu and develop immunity that protects against all flu viruses. This is rare, however--most people only become immune to the specific virus that infects them.
I often wonder if I am one of those "universally immune" people. You could be one, also. If so, we are incredibly lucky.
