Hard to say at this point. His party, the Party of Regions, seems to be disintegrating even as right this - more and more MP’s are quitting the party, and about two dozen of them fled Ukraine starting yesterday afternoon.
He’s losing support pretty quickly, and his Interior Minister has been sacked by the Rada. The parliament is systematically stripping him of his powers, and restoring those powers to the parliament.

Members of his own party are deserting. The parliament almost unanimouly approved a return to the old constitution which limits the president's powers. They voted to free Timochenko with a solid majority. There are talks about impeaching Yanokovich, with a motion being introduced in parliament tomorrow.
So I'd say, it's far from over, but there's a good chance his days are numbered.
