Ukraine parliament just voted Yanukovich out 299 votes, 34 not voting. Parliament members look very happy, watching live. vote said yanuk not there doing his job.
Ya beat me to it!
Also, Yanukovich resigned. He is gone. Now about that little matter of the sniper being ordered to kill Ukranians. You should see Yanuks palace
In before the Michael Savage/George Soros Nut jobs.
It looks like the revolt may turn into a revolution.
We’ll see what Putin does.
And what obama doesn’t.
You should check out the digs Yanukovych is currently building. It makes his “dacha” look like a cardboard slum-shack.
Like many I have not followed the thing except the recent violence. I have no idea who is the good guys if there are any.
I just hope we DONT get involved.
We have our own despot to depose.
Tyrants everywhere, take note, you only have as much power as the people allow.
Corrupt bunch of SOBs.
Pols in Russia, pols in America........all of the same stripe.
Got a Link?
Wonder if any US stimulus money went that way !
One of the corrupt bad guys just left, but we’ll have to see who steps in to fill the void.
What are the odds that he ends up in Moscow? Repeat of 1956 Hungary?
add pols in the EU and you are complete.
Gotta dig, My wife is from Ukraine and we watched the proceedings live while she translated for me.
I’m watching this on Czech TV; they’re covering it live. The political commentators here are saying it’s an unprecedented slap in the face to Vladimir Putin; a major blow to his prestige.
The Czech commentators are noting this with what I can only describe as barely concealed glee, lol.
The Russian are HATED here. You’ll find many still alive who remember the Warsaw Pact invasion of 1968, and Czechs will tell you that Putin is nothing more than the reincarnation of Josef Stalin.
