With the direction Russia is moving in, versus the direction western Europe is moving ( gay right, Muslim appeasement, abortion, etc., it seems to be a tough call here for me. I know history is against the Russians in terms of the horrible atrocities they committed in Ukraine.

I’m not familiar with the specific points of Ukranian law Sacajaweau—your post 3 indicates that you are. Perhaps you can fill us in.

My default model in this case is Canada, and as the parliamentary system works here, if the prime minister doesn’t possess the confidence of the house, he is ultimately toast.
