Sad to say, the “taleebon” is negotiating from a position of strength.
hate to say it but Bo really f-ed up... Smoking too much hash , thinking soft on the righteousness of the fight , went for a little walk . Maybe deserted. I am sure he regrets all of this now , unless he’s turned muz. But we simply cannot prisoner exchange for him . More US troops will surely be snatched as result . It’ s up to SpecOps to save his butt at this point , or maybe George Soros could oay a ransom. Bail out a wayward pot smoker. He should be able to relate to that....
I find it odd how a rag-tag band of koran thumping goat humpers who fifteen years ago ruled little more than the poppy fields of afghanistan, now have regional field offices, official press releases and spokespeople, and an openly recruit like-minded hotheads by internet and other means with virtual impunity. A more conspiratorial person than myself might think we designed it that way.
Didn’t the guy willingly go AWOL and seek out the Taliban?
I think we should just start killing the taaahleebaan leadership one by one until they release him, if he is still alive and once we have him back we should just continue killing them until they either understand OUR position of strength or they are all dead. The latter works just fine for me.
Where is Hillary when we need her? Never fear John Kerry is here,
That can’t be true.
“Look, the Taliban per se is not our enemy. That’s critical,”
- Joe Biden
People who kidnap our soldiers are our enemies. Would Joe Biden lie to us???
blamed the “current complex political situation in the country”
