I do tax prep and this year we are asking questions about it.
The reaction (even from those whom this law was intended to help) is pretty much equal to making the sign of the Cross to a vampire: just keep that evil stuff away from me.
As a leader O is about as complete a failure as is imaginable. Regardless of his politics.
The road to you-know-where notwithstanding, I do not believe 0care was intended by its architects and builders to actually help anyone other than the marxist/socialist Democrat political class.
