The rules are that she is forgiven if she confesses to her Lord, demonstrates remorse and asks for His forgiveness. Trying to weasel your way into that transaction by citing man’s rules on earth won’t get you too far. Again, the final call is up to God. Interpret His rules all you want; only He applies them, and politics - despite your attempts to denigrate dissent - don’t enter the deal.
