Oh, did you get a personal call from God to let you know this woman's whereabouts? Sorry, a bit, for the sarcasm, but I don't think so. Please don't assume that God doesn't understand mental anguish, and that we all sin in many degrees.
Leave that decision to God---it is His, not ours.
Thanks. We are - quite properly told - that suicide is a mortal sin, and unforgiven mortal sin is an almost certain ticket to permanent separation from God.
Note "almost". It's all up to God, in His divine wisdom, to decide what to do with His creation.
