a lake for me is a must.
we are planing a trip down south to tour areas we’d like to take our money to.
I do contract IT work and structured cabling. So I need to be near a larger metro area. Something Coffee city seems to lack :(
Don’t know of a Coffee City in Texas.
You will love life in Texas if it is in your exploratory trip itinerary.
Small towns next door to large towns has worked for me as you get the best of both worlds. Does involve extra driving and time on the road but with smart phones the extra time does not have to be wasted.
