Whenever the Administration needs some positive numbers news, they just SWAG it. They have done it so many times that they no longer need the petroleum jelly.

They just make up a number. Who is going to challenge them? Certainly not the media. Probably not the Republicans.

Need a number? SWAG it. Make it up.
