How Dare You! also had a physically repulsive appearance, I’m sorry to say. That fat, pasty, oatmeal-complexioned face was such a turn-off. The medieval French called them “ros bifs” and he absolutely exemplified that look. Also, as I’ve written here before, many Brits do not know how to behave once they get to America.

There is large audience of Americans who automatically respect a British accent. The problem with Morgan was that he basically didn't understand America and didn't like what he thought it was. Nobody wants to hear that, especially from an ignoramus, accent or not.

I completely disagree. I like a British accent and loved listening to Lady Thatcher. Morgan's problem was what he was saying...not his accent when he said it.
