THE dumbest thing I have heard all day.

And to answer you, YES, even if you are exceeding the limit by 5 mph. When did YOU get to decide how fast everyone else must go?

I thought that the state that posted the speed limit decided for everyone.

Where or not you are a law-abiding driver is your personal choice.
