the problem is these public roads are socialism
so you will always have shortages and problems in socialism. there are too many cars on the roads which cause problems. if the government had free supermarkets the same thing day long lines, low quality service , horrible people. if you paid for private roads you’d get the service you want. but for what we pay in taxes we pay more for the free roads than we would in capitalism(look at the Dollar tree, Aldi’s , walmart , amazon , etc). so you have the cattle bunched up together fighting each other in the corral begging their government masters to keep the other cows in line , begging for more government. as is their intent to make slave of us
