A old Arab proverb says, “My enemies enemy is my friend.”

Syria is definitely my enemy, Al Qaeda is definitely my enemy, Al Qaeda is fighting Syria. Thus I have two enemies fighting each other. Aside from the horror on the innocents, this is not a bad deal.

This begs the question, which one is my friend? The answer is simple. The one that opposes the winner between the Syrian Government and Al Qaeda is my friend. Israel?

I lived and worked in the Middle East for years and know of which I speak. In actuality I have great compassion for the vast majority of the populace that are nothing but innocents of no value or importance to the despots and religious leaders at the top. Their lives are of no value to those leaders.

Sunni Muslims ( aka: al Qaeda rebels trained and financed by Saudi Arabia, US, etc. ) : many from Chechnya ?

Using weapons from the Benghazi and other operations.

As you may know , the Shia and Sunni have been on their Jihad against each other and everyone else since the 7th Century.
