The arrongance of our entiltled class knows no bounds. If I were on the jury I'd probably be inclined to take away her license and give her community service. That self-serving whining would ruin it. She would've been GONE when she brought of the "she's a Kennedy" bit. Jail time, princess.

Is our elite so out of touch that they don't know that we're fed up with people who don't play by the same rules? It hasn't turned out well throughout history or currently in other countries when that happens.

She doesn't want that. She apparently had the opportunity to plead to a lesser offense but did not want to lose her license for six months. She wants a NOT GUILTY! based on who she is period.

I am sure she is offended by the fact that she has to go through this. After all, she IS a Kennedy. Unfortunately, the author of the article describes the six man jury as being starstruck. Geez, this country is lost.
