Ukraine's new prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk on Thursday accused the government of ousted President Viktor Yanukovich of stripping state coffers bare and said US$37 billion (S$47 billion) of credit it had received had disappeared.
Speaking in parliament before he was appointed head of a national unity government, Mr Yatsenyuk said that in the past three years "the sum of 70 billion dollars was paid out of Ukraine's financial system into off-shore accounts".

Obama appointed Chicago crony Cameron Davis to the position of Great Lakes czar in 2009 and gave him a 20 billion dollar budget and I can’t find that Davis done anything since. He got the job and dropped off the map.
You might want do a little research on the “new guy”.

What has the Supreme court never ruled on the give-away of Americans money?
Humans in our government are evil by allowing such. ALL foreign aid should be stopped.
There is an audit trail. If we had a just government, we would not stop until every penny is returned.
Of course, the Statists in both parties are not bothered by such corruption -- for they are a part of it.
Sometimes I think the only "true" way out of this is for a total economic collapse and in the aftermath a drive by Patriots to restore our Constitutional Republic.
The reality is likely continued decay and an increased Power of the State at all levels of government.
