Yes, you read that headline correctly.

A Federal court actually approved banning the U.S. flag in a U.S. school to appease violent threats from Mexican students, many of them illegal aliens.

A panel of the  Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals today upheld a California's high school’s decision to forbid students from wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo. The ruling  was unanimous, 3-0.

The Court said the officials' concerns of racial violence outweighed students' freedom of expression rights. Administrators said they feared the American-flag shirts would inflame the passions of Mexican students celebrating the Mexican holiday. So they told the students to turn their shirts inside out. When they and their parents refused, the  students were sent home.

“officials’ concerns of racial violence outweighed students’ freedom of expression rights.”

HaHaHa.....somebody forgot to put the semi-satire heading at the top.....wait you mean this is a true story.

Since when does a school official’s “concern” of violence override the Constitution.

Administrators said they feared the American-flag shirts would inflame the passions of Mexican students celebrating the Mexican holiday.

But they always say it's an obscure holiday that is mainly celebrated by Americans.

Sounds to me like the school officials need to have a little meeting with the “illegals” and “splain” to then what country they are in. And tell them that we are proud of our country and the freedoms we have fought and died for and the flag is a symbol of that freedom. And tell them that if there is any violence on their part, ICE will be called to escort them to the border.

1st Amendment no longer applies??

This must be appealed and overturned before some other court uses it for a precedent.

Absolute insanity. Whose nation is this anyway?

It's belongs to those monitoring your cell phones, hacking your emails, bank records, aiding, abetting and subsidizing the flood of tens of millions of illegal aliens, many of which are violent criminals, those borrowing trillions from Communist countries, those who want to control, regulate and tax every move in your life...

No need to go on....You get it.

I wonder what would happen if someone comes into a school with a flag of the Netherlands on their shirts on May 5. If they would try that, the students should the school people to go jump in the lake.

The Netherlands celebrates Liberation Day on May 5. Liberation Day or in Dutch Bevrijdens Dag, is the celebration of the Dutch from the Germans in World War II.

On May 5, people with a Dutch background should wear either Red, White and Blue (the colors of their flag, horizontal stripes from top to bottom of red, white and blue, darker blue than the, I think, Liechtenstein flag with has a lighter blue), or they should wear Orange.

We are finished.

Instead of focusing on Ukraine, why don’t we face the fact that our nation is being destroyed here and now?
