Hours before Republican Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer vetoed the controversial "religious freedom" bill on Wednesday that would have allowed businesses to refuse service to individuals, including gays and lesbians, based on religious grounds, the NFL started exploring options to potentially move the 2015 Super Bowl from Arizona if Brewer signed the law.

That’s the one. Same one which forces taxpayers to pay for its stadiums.

I’m beginning to hate the NFL.

Their local owner is trying to shake down my country for a new taxpayer-funded stadium, and the game itself has become an over-the-top commercial spectacle.

“I’m beginning to hate the NFL.”

I’m pleased that we don’t have a representative of that Sodomy party here in SoCal.

The NFL hired Penn & Teller for pre-game entertainment after they famously mocked the crucifixion of Jesus. They aren't a tolerant organization, they are a bunch of fascist libtards reaping billions off the public teat.

I'm not convinced that cities actually make money from Super Bowls in the long run. I guess it would depend on the competence of the local government.

they are dreaming that their audience is truly, Imus style, gay rights promoters and not p whipped and not secretly disgusted at all of this.

Well, I don’t know. I’m a girl so...

I just think they’re off the sidewalk on this.

They pay no taxes. They have no loyalties. they charge way too much and now they’re abandoning their culture?

This has nothing to do with hate of any kind. It’s about religious rights.

Unholy act (Penn & Teller)

OUTRAGED Catholics wanted comic-magicians Penn & Teller removed from ABC’s Super Bowl special over an act they performed featuring Jesus, a midget angel and a sex act. The duo - who are scheduled to perform on ABC’s pre- and post-game show from Times Square - acted out the controversial bit at the World Magic Seminar in Rio last week. When the Catholic League’s William A. Donohue got wind of it, he fired a letter to ABC saying that such “an incredibly anti-Christian statement” should not be “rewarded.” A network rep told the Las Vegas Review Journal that Penn & Teller are still in the show....

The case in Texas isn’t even about love or marriage, it’s about two carpetbagging dykes from Massachusetts trying to get Texas to “divorce” them.

And I’m not at all anti gay. We should coexist and not talk about sex. I am not in favor of mistreatment of anyone.

And that includes young people, pre pubescent, who really cannot take hearing about sex and certainly not illicit or perverted....

that’s all this is.

We are all forced to think about what they do. And I’m done with the NFL and their pornography commercials.

Just no.

Ditto! The NFL can celebrate sodomy all by themselves.

How about a bonfire? Everyone can burn their NFL jerseys, etc.
