My attitude is that there’s an easy way out of this that avoids a legal fight.
Christian cake makers should simply say, up front, that they’ll be more than happy to create the wedding cake. But every penny of the profit will be donated to a Christian organization dedicated to counseling homosexuals back into being heterosexuals.
The issue will immediately solve itself.
Good idea.
A statement to that effect posted on a sign in plain view and imprinted on the order form should work nicely.

This idea was floated on another thread yesterday. I had remembered someone else on FR mentioned this a while ago—it could have been you.
One thing that someone else brought up was the benefit of the tax deduction when the business donated the $$ to a 501c3 of this nature.
A prominent sign in the front window of the business should mention this policy and say, “We appreciate the tax deduction!” just to tweak them even further.
I like that!
