LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- A federal judge has given Kentucky until March 20 to implement his order granting legal recognition to same-sex couples married in other states.
U.S. District Judge John G. Heyburn II issued the order on Friday. As of March 20, the state must begin providing name changes, adoption forms listing both members of a same-sex couple as parents and other benefits of legal marriage.

It is, or rather was, before their gov got caught with his hand in the cookie jar as the saying goes. The state then elected a demonrat to replace him. It has been going downhill every since. Especially in Louisville.
That and democrat attys general, who refuse to fight the court ruling.
I pray for beloved KY, that you good people down there are able to get rid of these gangsters that weaseled their way into the govt. there. I know there are progressive people eager to have their hand out to gov. but most of the people of KY are wonderful hard working salt of the earth. I pray for you all!
