Anyone who thinks we're still living in the "US-good guy, Soviet Union-bad guy" days is in a pitiable state of denial. I assume you were one of Bush's cheerleaders when he embarked on the Iraqi disaster. At least the Ukraine is on Russia's backdoorstep. We ventured half a world away to throw Iraq into turmoil and install an Islamic republic.

Russia is the only major power which is in any way interested in the welfare of Christians. The US is directly responsible for the death and persecution of thousands in the Middle East. Russia is the only major power which opposes the sodomite agenda and refuses to bow to the secularist, godless agenda of the West.
