NO, thats not what really matters. If Stockman is #2 then it will be a Cornyn/Stockman runoff, Cornyn will win and it will have made no difference. The MSM knows this and its why they never mention primary opponents by name other than Stockman
I was going to vote for Stockman but his ads turned me off so I voted for Stovall instead.
