“The US had nothing to do with his removal.”

Oh, really?

George Soros’ “International Renaissance Foundation” since 1990ies :
“(its) mission is to foster an open, participatory, pluralist society based on democratic values in Ukraine. The foundation works with leading Ukrainian nongovernmental groups to engage them in developing a shared public policy agenda for the country...”
Who do you think was paying for the “protesters” to appear on the place well-armed?

Secretary of State Nulland, who met the opposition leader Klitschko in early December 2013 - an open interference of Washington in the internal affairs of Ukraine. She boasted that the US funded the same opposition with $5 billion!
She was followed by a brazen Senator John McCain a few days later, siding with the same opposition in December.

February 1st
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said: “The United States and EU stand with the people of Ukraine in that fight.”

Cut the crap. The US government had EVERYTHING to do with the violent clashes on Maidan and the violent removal of a president democratically elected in a foreign country. It is not the first time the US is meddling in the affairs of an sovereign, independent country. Just recall Yugoslavia, Serbia, Libya, Chile, etc etc ...

And Chile worked out so well.

Btw, I have no doubt that Obama’s family was involved with the Indonesia overthrow mess.

And wouldn’t be surprised if Mama was involved with the East Timor Massacre.

Speaking of which, Obama’s mentor worked heavily to keep US knowledge and involvement in East Timor under wraps when he was in the US government.

Lilia Shetsova from the US foundation “Carnegie Endowment for International Peace”:
“Ukraine has become the weakest link in the post-Soviet chain. We should keep in mind that similar upheavals in other countries are possible. Ukraine’s future will depend on whether the Ukrainians can maintain the Maidan.” The “radical elements” which Shetsova wants to retain at all costs are armed neo-nazi militias, who led the Maidan violence.

Center UA, a public-sector watchdog in Ukraine funded by Western donors, key funder being billionaire George Soros, received more than $500,000 in 2012, for promoting anti-government organizations.

Soros has recently prised the putch in Ukraine: “. Now, after the Ukrainian people’s commitment to closer ties with Europe fueled a successful popular insurrection, the EU, along with the International Monetary Fund, is putting together a multibillion-dollar rescue package to save the country from financial collapse…
I established the Renaissance Foundation in Ukraine in 1990 ... it did serve as a defender of those targeted by official repression...”

Stop your American hating, over the top rhetoric. The US has always provided support for people who want to be free and independent. We espoused that message during the entire Cold War that eventually led to the downfall of the Soviet Union and the liberation of millions. I can personally attest to the effectiveness of our "meddling" in Poland and support of the Solidarity movement.

The US has a been a force for good in the world and a defender of individual liberties and freedom.

She boasted that the US funded the same opposition with $5 billion!

Nothing nefarious here. Loan guarantees and foreign investment. Russia provides much more in loans--over $15 billion. The Ukraine is in dire economic straits. They need a bailout from the EU, the IMF, and anywhere else they can get money. The economy is in shambles.
