President Obama Accuses Republicans Of Wanting To Segregate Homosexuals

[caption id="attachment_17054" align="aligncenter" width="332"]The First Gay President Demonizer-in-Chief[/caption]

I have said many times, President Obama is good at what he does. And what does he do, you may ask? He divides our country, stirring up hate and strife wherever he goes. He uses the same tactics on every issue he addresses. It matters not if he is talking about income inequality or the rights of homosexuals, he always uses the same kind of inflammatory speech to stir up his captive crowds to action.

Remember how he sent his minions out to the personal residences of certain CEOs, right after he took office? He had them whipped up about the amount of money the CEOs were making, saying it wasn't fair. That was his first salvo against income inequality. He is doubling down on that issue since he was sworn in for his second term, hence his push to raise the minimum wage.

Homosexual rights is another issue on which he has stepped up his attacks. Remember now, his position on homosexual marriage has "evolved". He was against it during his first presidential campaign. He has since realized the error of his ways and is pushing as hard as he can for their right to be called normal. This push contains the same divisive speech patterns he always uses. Did you know Republicans are trying to segregate homosexuals? That's a new one on me, but that's what the man is saying. I found this on Weasel Zippers, who has a picture of Obama up, calling him the "Demonizer-in-Chief". A more apt description can not be found. I shamelessly borrowed that picture for this post.

Washington Examiner -President Obama in a speech on Friday hammered Republicans who oppose gay rights, saying that some of them wanted to “legalize segregation based on sexual orientation.”

“In some states, they're so far in the past they're even pushing laws to legalize segregation based on sexual orientation,” said Obama in an address to the Democratic National Convention winter meeting in Washington.

“As Democrats, we've let the other side define the word 'freedom' for too long,” he added.

Obama's comments were likely a reference to a recent Arizona bill that would have allowed businesses to refuse service to gay customers.

There you have it. Because some lawmakers would like to protect the religious freedom we all thought was guaranteed us by the Constitution, President Obama is declaring some Republicans want to segregate homosexuals. Never mind that the Arizona law said nothing about segregating anyone. No, facts do not matter to our President. All that matters is him getting his point across and if that requires dividing America, then so be it. The ends justifies the means.

I am now going to do something I have not done before, in over five years of blogging. The rest of this post comes from a post I first published on December 1, 2008. It has been only slightly edited to correct the grammar to be relevant for today. I would not normally do this, but when I read what Obama had said, the first thing I thought about was this post. It is called "Is Gay The New Black?" and it begins below this paragraph. The original post can be found at the link.

Let me state, as clearly as I can, that I am against giving homosexual couples the right to marry. Marriage is a sacred union between one man and one woman and homosexual couples have no business encroaching upon that union. At the same time, what two consenting adults do between themselves is none of my business, unless their actions endanger someone else. They should receive the same legal rights as married couples via civil unions, but marriage should be off limits.

On December 16, 2008, The Advocate Magazine, the leading homosexual magazine in the country, had a cover story entitled "Gay Is The New Black". The subtitle is "The Last Great Civil Rights Struggle". In the article, the case was made that being a homosexual is akin to the struggles African-Americans have went through to gain their civil rights. A lot of the article deals with the let down the homosexual movement suffered on November 4, with the passage of Proposition 8 in California and it does its best to portray homosexuals as having suffered greatly from the lack of civil rights, just as African-Americans have suffered. From The Advocate:

History compounds the insult and suggests hypothetical scenarios rendering the mixed result of this election even more absurd. If the California supreme court and the U.S. Supreme Court decisions overturning anti miscegenation laws -- Perez v. Sharp and Loving v. Virginia -- had been blocked by popular vote, Barack Obama might never have been born. His parents would not have been able to marry in several states (although Hawaii, where they were married, had never enacted a law against interracial marriage).
It's a stretch to equate interracial marriage with homosexual marriage. It is also a stretch to equate the homosexual struggle for the right to marry with the African-American struggle for civil rights.

African-Americans have certainly been treated badly in our country's history. The fact that our country ever allowed slavery is a disgrace; calling another human being property and buying and selling entire families is a travesty. African-Americans have been discriminated against throughout the history of America. Even after slavery was abolished, these people had to fight every step of the way, just to be recognized as normal people, just to be recognized as free. They were not served in a lot of restaurants, they even had separate bathrooms. If someone even thought a black man looked at a white woman, he was subject to beatings and/or sudden death. It didn't matter if he was guilty or not, there would be no trial. The homosexual marriage fight pales in comparison to what those who have suffered real discrimination have gone through.

In the south, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), with their white robes and crosses, terrorized black people and white people, who were deemed to be sympathetic to the African-American cause. People were killed and their houses burned to the ground, all because they were either black or too friendly with a black person. I say again, the fight for homosexual marriage doesn't even come close to that kind of treatment.

Several years ago, a young homosexual man by the name of Matthew Shepard, was brutally attacked and killed near Laramie, Wyoming. There is no way he deserved what happened to him, no matter what his sexual preference was. It was never proven that the murder was a hate crime towards homosexuals, but some of the facts suggest it was. This kind of act would be equatable to some of the treatment African-Americans have received in our country. If ever a crime fits the description of "hate crime", the murder of Matthew Shepard does. Being denied access to eHarmony because Dr. Neil Clark Warren doesn't know enough about homosexual relationships to match two people up is neither discrimination, nor a hate crime.

The entire issue about homosexual marriage is not about discrimination or civil rights. The majority of Americans do not believe they or our government should interfere with the acts of two consenting adults, as long as no one is harmed in the process. Most of us do not agree with those acts, but in reality, it is their right to do as they please. However, the fight for homosexual marriage is not about that. Instead, it is a fight to prevent homosexuals from intruding upon what most Americans consider a sacred union between one man and one woman. Civil rights does not and should not even enter the discussion. To do so is a slap in the face of African-Americans and any other ethnic groups who have had to fight every step of the way, just to gain access to basic rights. In some cases, it has been a fight to just be considered a person and not property. That's real discrimination; the denial of homosexuals the right to marry is not.

It could be two things. The first is that this is a problem he can fix. Unlike the Ukraine or the economy. People are becoming desensitized about Gays.
The second could be he is projecting. He most likely is gay and has been shoved into the closest and now wants revenge for hiding his perversions. I guess hanging out in bus stations mens rooms and city parks after dark took its toll.

Income Inequality isn't working so this is what the Dems will run on in 2014.

- (Dems) "GOP hates homosexuals."
- (GOP) "No, we don't! We are tolerate and want rights for homosexuals too!" (Because, you know we gotta reach out and be inclusive or them moderates will vote for the Dems).
- Base stays home in disgust, moderates vote for the Dems anyway
- Dems win

Group,

First of all, President Obama does divide this nation better than any President. Instead of talking about real issues he’ll throw in ‘war on Women’ or ‘racism’ into the argument which just sucks in the low information voter. In the end, we don’t end up debating the best way to reduce healthcare costs or the best way to get the budget under control. Instead people are voting on made-up emotional stuff.

With that said, there is a lot of homophobia on this site. I never understood it. This crowd is pretty sharp otherwise. Seriously....you play right into Obamas hands when you throw-out the ‘anti-gay slurs’. Intelligently make your case against gay marriage...no need for the ‘Bath-House-Barry’ remarks etc etc. Such comment undermines your arguments, makes you look ignorant, and reflects poorly on all of us who want a more responsible government in charge.

Now, if you don’t agree with what I just wrote, see if you can respond without throwing in some ‘gay’ slur to make your point. If you can’t, then maybe you really are not that bright.

Hey Barack!

Why are you promoting special privilege based on who you’re screwing?

YOU are demanding their behavior be promoted and endorsed, not merely accepted or tolerated.

Then you LIE about conservative motives when there is no basis for you LIES.

NOBODY is promoting “segregation”!

We simply refuse to participate in you agenda of promoting and endorsing behavior we find disgusting.

Obama always put the “gay” issue as his number one priority. Something is surely amiss here!!! Gays only make up about 3-4% of America’s population....some folks, say it’s even smaller!!! What about jobs, the economy, etc.!!! Strange!!!

The exact opposite is true. The homosexuals want to segregate Christians and destroy them for disagreeing with them. We just want them to quit forcing this stuff on people publicly.

I’m guessing that a pretty young boy like Barry Soetoro with no meaningful family connections, going to school in Indonesia, took it up the rear more than a few times.

I personally think the ultimate goal is population control.

Also recruitment...

Take away the stigma of having an abnormal sexual orientation, you can easily manipulate normal kids into an aberrant lifelyste...
